Return and Refund Policy
1. No-Return Policy
  • PSA Mobile World does not accept returns for any products once delivered.
  • Customers are strongly advised to thoroughly review product specifications, features, and compatibility before making a purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • PSA Mobile World will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer or authorized service centers for repairs or replacements as per the warranty terms.
3. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
4. Refunds
  • Refunds are only applicable for orders canceled before dispatch or for payments made for products that are out of stock.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Warranty Assistance
  • PSA Mobile World will provide guidance for warranty claims but is not responsible for direct handling of repairs or replacements.
