PSA Mobile World does not accept returns for any products once delivered.
Customers are strongly advised to thoroughly review product specifications, features, and compatibility before making a purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
PSA Mobile World will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer or authorized service centers for repairs or replacements as per the warranty terms.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for orders canceled before dispatch or for payments made for products that are out of stock.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Warranty Assistance
PSA Mobile World will provide guidance for warranty claims but is not responsible for direct handling of repairs or replacements.
